To have a well-developed agriculture that uses modern technology; and to have a developed community which is free from poverty.

Mission

To do away with the problem of food insecurity and to enable the rural community get rid of poverty through enhancing the productivity of human resources, changing the outlook of the society, sustainability implementing the human labor & natural resources, especially land and water, generating, introducing and promoting technologies, and setting up market-led agricultural system.
